Clinical effect observation of Yangxue-Qingnao granule combined with ligustrazine injection in the treatment of wind-phlegm entering collaterals type of cerebral infarction
目的:评价养血清脑颗粒联合川芎嗪注射液治疗脑梗死风痰入络证疗效。方法:将符合入选标准的2019年1-12月濉溪县中医医院96例脑梗死风痰入络证患者,采用随机数字表法分为2组,每组48例。对照组静脉注射川芎嗪注射液,观察组在对照组治疗基础上加服养血清脑颗粒。2组均连续治疗2周。分别于治疗前后进行中医证候评分,采用美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(National Institutes of Health
